How do I create an account?

Click this link. Create an account, add your details for shipping. Done! You can immediately start adding your favorite products to your list.

How do I share my list with friends and family?

Each registry has its own page with a unique link that you can share with your friends and family over social media, email or text.

Within your registry, look for the “Share” option at the top of the page.

You’ll be given your own unique link which you can share with your friends and family over social media, email or text.

When should I share the list with my friends?

The best time to share your list is 2-3 months before the wedding to ensure that the items you’ve chosen are all in stock, the maximum is 6 months before. We will contact you a few months before the date to let you know if some of the items you’ve chosen are out of stock and to recommend alternatives.

How will I know if a gift has been purchased?

You can log in to your registry at any time to see which items have been purchased.

How do I remove a gift from my list?

Yes! Before items on your list have been purchased by your guests you can update quantities and add or remove items at any time. Sign into your registry, go to ‘Edit list’ and click the x next to any product you’d like to edit.

Can friends choose their own address to send the gift to?

Yes! Although our group storage facility address is set as default at checkout (so your orders will be sent from one location together), the purchaser can change the address at checkout to an address of their choice, in case they want to hand deliver.

When sharing your list, we recommend specifying to your guests how you would prefer to receive your presents and sharing your address if needed.

When will I receive my gifts?

When you create your registry, you'll be asked to provide a delivery from date.

We recommend picking a date when you'll be available to receive the gifts eg. on return from your honeymoon.

The gifts from guests who have chosen our storage facility address will arrive within 1 to 7 working days from the date you provide us. However, if any other address is chosen, please note that the items will be shipped within 5-6 working days from the date of ordering.

If you need to change this date, please contact customer service and we'll gladly update that for you.

Can I return a gift?

Yes, if after you receive your gifts, you decide it is not for you, you can return it unharmed, in its original packaging, for full credit or a giftcard. NB. Don't worry, your guests will not be notified if you choose to do this.

How do I change the photo on my gift list?

Sign into your registry. Click on the “profile” button. At the bottom of the registry profile box, click on “choose file”.

What if a gift is faulty?

Please contact us within 30 days and we can arrange a replacement or refund.
