Refund policy

If you’re unhappy with a product you’ve purchased directly from Buy Me Once, please contact us by using our contact form and we’ll do our best to put things right.  As the policy depends on each individual partner, you’ll find the exact terms and conditions on each product page. Please note that the return period is separate from the product’s guarantee, which is upheld by the manufacturer itself.

The majority of our products have a 30-day return period. Underwear and some made-to-order products will have return restrictions, please see each individual product page for this information. Any returned items must be in new (unused) condition and include all original packaging. Return shipping is at your own cost unless the item received is faulty. We will always refund your order immediately after we receive and processed a returned product. 

While all of the products on BuyMeOnce are built to last a long time, please understand that manufacturing errors occur from time to time. We’re so sorry that this has happened to you, and we appreciate the frustration this must be causing. Please send us an email via our contact form detailing the specific product, what happened to it and whether you bought it through us directly or through one of our affiliates. All of the products on our site are backed by manufacturers guarantees, so while we have little control over how our brands choose to deal with the issue, we promise to help you as much as we can.
