Returns & Refunds

We try to find the best and most long-lived products in the world - but we don’t always get it right. If you’re unhappy with a product you’ve purchased directly from Buy Me Once, you can arrange a return below. We’ll do our best to put things right.

The majority of our products have a 30 day return period. Underwear and some made-to-order products will have return restrictions, please see each individual product page for this information.

Any returned items must be in new (unused) condition and should include all original packaging. If your product is damaged, faulty, or you have received an incorrect product, Buy Me Once will refund the cost of return shipping. If you are returning a product for any other reason (e.g. it is different to expected or doesn't fit), we are unable to cover the cost of return.

Returns from EU countries may be subject to import duties, which are at your own cost unless the item received is faulty.

Please note that the return period is separate from a product’s guarantee or warranty, which is usually upheld by the manufacturer themselves.
