This is a made to order product, please see delivery time above.
Returns are available within 30 days from receipt of order. Any returned items must be in new (unused) condition and should include all original, undamaged packaging. Return shipping is at your own cost, unless the item received is faulty.
To begin a return, contact us here, quoting your order number and reason for return. After the item is received back, it will be checked before your refund is issued.

Husband and wife duo Richard and Juliet founded Made by the Forge out of a passion for world-class ironwork. When they moved into their small Suffolk cottage, Richard used his skills as a farrier to craft iron pan racks and curtain poles for their home. Friends and family caught wind - and soon, he was making horseshoes by day and homeware orders by night. Today, Made by the Forge is a 13-strong team (including two dogs), crafting wrought iron home products of exceptional quality. Each one is forged by hand in Suffolk, quality checked and guaranteed to last a lifetime.
