Christmas FAQs

Well, it's that time of year again. We thought we'd put together a list of questions we get asked about each Christmas. We’re a team of nine, but we always work extremely hard to get to your questions and queries as quickly as possible. If you are still unsure about anything, just get in touch and our friendly customer service team will be happy to help.

  

What is the last day I can order to get my gifts in time for Christmas?

Any order placed from our Christmas collection before midnight Sunday 20th December will be delivered before Christmas.

For any products not included in the Christmas collection, please check the ‘Shipping & Returns’ tab on the product page, or get in touch if you are still unsure and we’ll let you know the likelihood of it being delivered before Christmas. 


What happens if I place my order after midnight Sunday 20th December?

Any order placed after midday (GMT) on the 22nd December will not arrive in time for Christmas. Most orders placed after this time will be dispatched after Christmas.  

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes, on all orders in the UK over £50. For orders under £50 individual shipping charges may apply, which you can find under the ‘Shipping & Returns’ tab on every product page.  

 

What if they don't like their gift?

Christmas gifting is covered by our standard returns policy. The majority of our products have a 30 day return period, but this can vary - so please check the ‘Shipping & Returns’ tab on each item’s product page. 


Do you ship internationally?

Get in touch with us and we can let you know whether we can ship the gift you are looking at to your country. 


How do gift cards work?

If you purchase a gift card we will email the voucher to your email, for you to then forward onto your gift recipient.
