FAQs
How do I add gifts to my registry?
It just takes a couple of minutes to create a registry - then, when you’re logged in to your account, simply browse our website at your leisure. A button will appear in the product page that says ‘add to registry’.
How do I share my list with friends and family?
Each registry has its own page with a unique link that you can share with your friends and family. Within your registry, look for the ‘Share’ option at the top of the page.
Your gift list can also be searched for within our ‘find a registry’ tool - friends and family simply need to enter your name (or your co-registrant’s name) to find it.
How will I know if a gift has been purchased?
You can log in to your registry at any time to see which items have been purchased. Guests will also be able to see what has and hasn’t been ticked off, to avoid doubling up.
Can I remove a gift from my list?
Yes! You can update quantities and add or remove items at any time.
When will I receive my gifts?
When you create your registry, you'll be asked to provide a delivery date. We recommend picking a date when you'll be available to receive the gifts e.g. on return from your honeymoon.
Your gifts will arrive all at once, within 1-3 days of the date you provide. If you need to change this date, simply contact customer service and we'll gladly update it for you.
Can I return a gift?
Yes - if after you receive your gifts you decide any are not for you, you can return them for full credit or a gift card. They just need to be unused and in their original packaging. Don't worry - your guests will not be notified if you choose to do this.
Something I want is out of stock!
You can only add items to your gift registry that are in stock - but feel free to get in touch with us to see when the item will be back, and we might be able to put it on back-order for you.
